The project has five mail lists, currently run by a majordomo software robot. There are long descriptions for each list on the list page which you can get to via the links below:

• announce - Only for announcements, maybe 1 or 2 posts a month.     Announce Archive.
• briefs - Summaries of activities on the other lists.     Briefs Archive.
• users - The main list for users, problem, questions, etc.     Users Archive.
• users-moderated - Hand moderated version of users.    
• design - Where detailed technical development work is done.     Design Archive.
• distros - Linux Distribution Maintainers forum.     Distros Archive.
• bugs - General bug reporting list.     Bugs Archive.
